Shipping policy

Orders will be shipped within 24-48 hours of placing your order from our warehouse located in Grovedale, Geelong, Australia.

Shipping times may vary depending on your location. Please note that orders received after 12pm on Friday or over the weekend will be processed the following Monday.

Standard flat rate shipping for small homewares is $25, while bulky home decor and small furniture items have a flat rate of $70.

For large furniture items shipped to VIC, NSW, SA, TAS, and South East QLD, the flat rate shipping cost is $160.

For bulky or heavy items, we will get a quote for your approval. Please contact us before the purchase or select "Request a Quote - Free" at checkout.

For customers in WA, NT, or FNQ interested in purchasing or inquiring about furniture or bulky items, please email us directly or choose "Request a quote" at check out with your purchase.

Aniseed Home thoroughly inspects and carefully packs all orders to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. We kindly request that all orders are inspected upon delivery and any breakages are reported and photographed within 24 hours of delivery and emailed to us.

Do you deliver?

We deliver to Geelong, Torquay and surrounding areas within a 40km radius of Grovedale for $100 per trip. This includes the transport & handling of one or more pieces to one location.

We also deliver to Melbourne for $150.

Delivery is organised separately to the purchase.

For deliveries outside this area we will organise a third party courier at the cost of the purchaser. Quotes are sent for your approval and confirmation.
